To be honest, I’m still trying to work out the details. I hope my little corner of the internet is a place where you find connection, a place that makes you nod your head “yaasss girl! that’s the real real”. We need more honesty and authenticity in our lives. I hope its encouraging…maybe even empowering. I’ll for sure be sharing what I’ve learned about health and wellness and how to make it easier to weave into your busy life.

I’m a mama bear to one IVF miracle baby and hopefully another on the way soon. My journey to motherhood has motivated me to become the best version of myself possible.

I fail at that daily.

But I made a promise to myself and my family that I would always get back up and try again.

I figure if sharing my experience and the lessons learned along the way can help encourage and inspire other women then why not give it a shot?

It started wth my Instagram business page to share my love for Beautycounter without totally annoying my friends and family on my private page. But I felt called to do more with that platform…

With Brave Beauty Mama I hope to educate and empower women to lead safer, healthier and more authentic lives.

Brave– because authenticity is vulnerable and requires bravery. Because what comes after a moment of bravery is empowerment and every women should be able to live empowered.

Beauty– because life is beautiful. Because inner beauty should be celebrated and outer beauty should actually be good for you. Because beauty is more than makeup, it’s learning to love and care for your whole self. Because finding beauty in the chaos might be what it’s all about.

Mama– because my journey to motherhood has brought me to this place. Because my family is my soul food, my passion, my mission. Being a mom has shown me the power in being vulnerable and the joy of being authentically me. Being a mama made me realize that I have the power and the responsiblity to make choices that keep my family safe and healthy.
